Sometimes we use many softer in our Computer for this reason the Computer take many long times for log on and shut down. We can solve this problem by change some small setting. For Windows XP operating system 1st we go to Start then run in the run 1st we need to type msconfig after then enter. Remove the unnecessary program from the Startup. When we starts our then all the softer of this tab is starts. If many softer starts on that time then in takes long time for all softer lording. Off the tick sine from the right side then OK & Apply.
If you want to Restart the computer select the Exit Without Restart then next. Now open the Notepad and type del C:/windows/prefetch/nosboot *.* ( *.* mines of this is remove all those file) after typing this code go to file then Save As in to the Desktop Give the name of this file is ntosboot.bat.  Now go to the Desktop copy the ntosboot.bat and past the file in to C: / Drive
Now go to Start then Run type gpedit.msc and press Enter. From Computer Configuration then click Windows Settings then Click Scripts (Startup/Shutdown) and open it. Double-click Shutdown from the right site after opening click Add and clicked the ntosboot.bat from C: / From Browse then Ok & Apply. Now go to Run again type devmgmt.msc and press Enter. Hare Double-Click IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers and open Primary IDE Channel. From the Advanced setting clicked none from Device Type from Device 1 and press OK. After then Double Click Secondary IDE Channel (Flow the same rule) slicked none from Device Type to the Device 1 from Advanced Settings then OK. After Finishing all task Completely Restarted your Computer. Now Your Computer will take very short time For Startup / Shutdown From past time.

At first you must give the oDesk Readiness Test because without giving this test you will not be able to get jobs on oDesk.

After passing any Test make them public so that the Employer can see your skills and make them to give you a chance to do a job for them.

 In “Home” Tab you will see your profile completeness.

Don’t be worry if the percent not reach the 100% landmark.

Go ahead. Bid for the job which describe you better and you would be able to finish them.

Remember one thing strictly, understand the job clearly before you accept any invitation, otherwise it will make harm to your future in oDesk.

When you are ready to bid for any job, go to “Find Contractors & Jobs menu and then click on “Find Jobs”.
